Banking Charges

If you get hammered with an exorbitant fee for going slightly overdrawn, phone your branch and really raise hell - and I do mean get loud but stay JUST on the polite side of abusive- works every time for us - charge is either fully refunded, or at least reduced.
Remember, the banks are no longer quite as chirpy or cocky as they used to be.

Did that once but went into the bank to do it.
My bank is open plan & I can have a loud voice I got £136 back.
Banks don't like being called robbing so & so's(polite version) in hearing of other customers.
Or take your account elsewhere.
