I’ve got out a new jigsaw bramble.
I did start off an Xmas village scene I’d done before but as I was doing the border I had a deja vu of not enjoying it the last time…so as I started to get that feeling again ( weird isn’t it?) I decided to put it away and will donate it to charity.
This other one looks much more fun!

I'm addicted to jigsaws, but large piece, or "Bits and Pieces" . They're so relaxing. I listen to Radio 4 or my favourite classical music while doing them. Trouble is, they're taking up so much space in my Escape Room. The plan was to 're-sell them, but it hasn't happened yet. Must get a Round Tuit

Morning, it's frosty and cold out but I was in my PJ's when I nipped out to collect milk from the gate.

Going out later to take a few things to the charity shop then down to the library.

cold next week though. There was the most spectacular sunrise this morning but unfortunately my phone just couldn’t catch it!

Very brrr again here - I thought we were supposed to be getting warmer whilst the uk was getting colder!…looks like we’re all getting that cold snap again -6 C forecast again.

Washing and drying nearly done here too.
Just a few domestics, then helping OH with Indian dishes for this evening as we have friends coming over to eat with us.
I swear the husband has no spice receptors- he seems to happily munch his way through the hottest curries without even a sweat!…so we are having medium and hot dishes with a Carolina reaper side sauce for him to ladle onto his food

Best get a wiggle on then!

Morning all, it's cold here as well but no frost.
Not a lot on the cards today.
My daughter in law is visiting this afternoon with my grandson so it will probably be a toy session.

Afternoon all.

Late on parade, sorry about that. Mr Snoop has been making an IKEA shelf unit for me down in my pantry, so I thought I'd better show willing and give one of the fridges a good clear out and clean. It's going down there too. These short days are making it difficult to run an electric fridge satisfactorily off solar. But it's so cold downstairs (currently 7 ºC and dropping) that it won't come on that much. The big fridge is gas, but a second fridge is handy when there are visitors. So a productive morning.

Rather overdoing the celebrating of new shelves and improved organisation, mind. A big glass of wine at lunchtime means a nap will be needed this afternoon. So that rather diminishes the productivity. In my defence, it's not something we'd ordinarily do. Well, except the occasions when we do...

Very chilly last night and this morning. Due to warm up for a few nights and then back to very cold. But... the good news is daytime temperatures are also to rise and, unlike the night temps, won't be dropping. Gardening time is here!
