Mornin n’alln’all

Very wet and windy outside, so I’m not sure if I’ll get much of a chance to get some weeding done today.
Yesterday was sunny and warm in the afternoon and I took a couple of pictures of blossom and flowers after clearing another section of the driveway.

It might just be the day to start my jigsaw in front of the wood stove. It’s an ideal Afternoon Tea day isn’t it? Cosy!

When are you off on hols Rary?…as Jay says, Many Congrats to you both!

Right…who fancies some porridge today? Plum and cinnamon jam or mixed garden berries to choose from, or a splodge of honey.

Best get a wiggle on - I can hear my friends pottering around in the kitchen…

Morning all.

Bright again, blowy already and due to get extremely windy later. Temperatures dropping back down to normal for the time of year. Phew. Mind you, the weeds have enjoyed the conditions after the bit of rain the other day. I'd bung down hay and cardboard to smother them a bit, but they'll just go flying about in the wind.

Didn't do anything like enough work yesterday so better get a proper move on today.

Afternoon, I spoke to soon we’ve had hail and snow since my this mornings post.
Never mind it’s was nice warm in my GH earlier.

We had a snow shower about an hour ago but only for five minutes and it's been fine since.

Afternoon, it's bitterly cold here and we had a snow shower as I was returning from the grory hop earlier.

Just had another quite heavy shower here. I hope it's not going to be like last week - my Son-in-Law is going over the Snake Pass tonight to pick up my youngest GG. She's getting the train from Lancaster to Manchester, but there are no trains running from there to Sheffield.
Sun's back out now thank goodness.
