All shopped out and an empty purse but it was enjoyable.

More flowers planted out, nearly finished now.

Nicos, indeed, once all is in order the fun can begin.
A different holiday for us this time around.
We are going with our daughter, her hubby and teenage daughter.
We are taking our car on the ship from Dublin to Cherbourg
Staying in a mobile home in Brittany, nearly your next door neighbour.

Morning all.

Likely to be a sad day here today. The vet is coming to give the dogs their assorted jabs and worming pills. He's also coming with the necessaries to put our aged cat to sleep if he thinks that's what's best for her after he's had a look at her.

Edited to say: vet has been and gone. She was so feisty and determined, none of us felt she was ready. She's got some anti-inflammatory medication to see if that sorts out any pain she might have and so improve her appetite. She's been eating less than 10 g a day of soft food (which is mostly water anyway). Fingers crossed for us all it works.

Otherwise, more of the usuals. Will try and do a bit of gardening again today.

Thanks for thinking of us, guys. I've edited my post to include the news that she's still with us. She was very determined not to have anything to do with the vet. So feisty and full of fight. So she's got some medication in the hope it might help with any pain and so improve her appetite.

The vet is a lovely man. Plus it's trying to rain... All good news.

Good. Morning, nice and warm with very little cloud, going to plant up some containers, still vary wary of putting my baskets out, not worried about frost but temperature, can still hit 5c. Snoop I hope your cat has a happy and long life yet, age isn't always a limiting factor, just ask some on here😁, right getting back out to the sun while it's nice, enjoy your day and hope you have something to smile about🙂🙂🙂

Good news about your elderly cat, Snoop, hope the medication gives her a whole new lease of life. All the domestics done this morning, so the rest of the day is for doing nothing in particular. Just the sort of day I like.
