Good evening, it was about three o clock before the sun came through today, evedently someone was holding on to it, but once through it was nice and warm, l have over 50 lilies in the garden and I have fought 2 lily beetles in the past 2 weeks I have a walk round the garden to check for them every day, but apart from the 2 I have caught there doesn't appear to be any more, so now wondering if the birds are keeping them down, though I do give them a spray with some garlic solution so not sure what's the main reason, and definitely not changing my routine to find out. OH wants to go for some clothes tomorrow, not for herself, definitely not for me, it's for the grandsons, so hopefully the weather is the same as today, so that it's dull when we are shopping and it clears up when we get back home.
Have a pleasant evening and hope you have a good day tomorrow. Goodnight πππit may be a struggle to reach the top, but once your over the hill your problems start.

Morning all.
Dull here too. Just as well as I have emergency gardening to do before going away.
As for the smiles, I spotted a few this morning, flitting round the elderly cat. But it's true, they're the first ones I've seen in a while. Maybe LD has got them.
Got a long list of jobs to do today and Mr Snoop is champing at the bit, trying to chivvy me along. Better get on the case.
Have a great day, everyone.

Good morning all, dull here as well.
Watered e erythingvthis morning and yes, my two water butts are empty as well.
A visit to the eye specialist, so that's the morning gone.
Looking after my grandson this afternoon so it will be a busy day.
Have a good one all.

Good evening all.
What a crazy day we had.
Firstly, I went to the hospital to see the eye specialist.
As I was registering the fire alarm went off.
An hour later I am sitting in the waiting room wondering when it's going to be my turn.
After a few inquiries I discovered I hadn't bern registered due to the chaos with the alarm going off.
Having got all that sorted I got home to find my hubby sitting outside.
The barrel in our door lock just kept turning around but wouldnt open the door.
Lucky we are covered by our house insurance but it took the lock doctor two hours to arrive.
We didnt get back in our house until 16.15 this evening.
Thrn I had to pick up our grandson from creche.
Only sitting down to dinner now.
Hope everyone else had a better day. ππ

Bramble, I hope tomorrow is a better day.
Snoop, ease off. Have a break!
I took my brother-in-law for blood tests this morning. Would you believe that he wouldn't part with any. I'm taking him again tomorrow....with advice to be warm (this morning was freezing and he was only wearing shorts and a T shirt) and have drunk plenty liquid.

Good evening, as we didn't have any of the grandchildren, nor dogs to walk, we had a bit of a lazy morning, before heading off to see about some clothes for one of the boys, and fortunately where OH wanted to go was near a GC so we had some lunch, then the shopping for clothes, after that she wanted to try shopping in an aldis so that took a couple of hours and the sun was outππ however once back home it was a quick cup of tea then I wanted to do a bit of power washing, was getting everything ready when I got a message from one of the boys asking if I could pick him up from school, as he was staying late to play basketball, though his dad was in he was working so couldn't go for him, so put everything back in and headed off to pick him up, there are road works all over the place just know, so had a 5 mile diversion, once I picked him up I decided to see if a bike that I had put in for repair was ready yet, I had to wait about an hour for it, while waiting GS was on the phone, and as the bike getting sorted is for him I am hoping cycling will get him off the phone for a time, I don't agree with the constant use of phones, the 5hing I have gives a weekly usage total and last week I was on the phone a total of 7 minutes, I don't know how it got so high, so will need to note when and how long I use it in future. This evening I have been planting up some tubs of flowers, and I am running out of space when I still have several fuchsia and begonias to plant out, I have also noted that a couple of my onions have went to seed, so will have to increase the watering, I was hoping with all the wood in the beds I wouldn't need to water, hopefully the wood will start decaying shortly and act as a sponge, time will tell. I hope you have no more trouble with locks bramble, and Snoop take it easy, remember it's work to live, not live to work, also unlike me you are not getting any younger π. Have a good day tomorrow Folks and pass on some smiles. Goodnight πππ
