Morning, it was -6 when I got up at 8am, it’s now -2!! No snow though so that’s something.

This was my first attempt at crochet when my granddaughter was months old:

We've had a few flurries of snow but nothing more, hopefully that's it for the day. Of to the library later then I'm having a go at crocheting.

A couple of blankets she did last year and I think I posted the chrimbo pressie she did for the young Greflettes 2022 ... an 8ft long dragon stuffed with 3 double duvets as it was cheaper than using the stuffing you buy

Good morning.

I am absolutely shattered as Mr GF's sister who was in a care home died at the age of 92 in the early hours of this morning. It was expected, but upsetting nonetheless and I couldn't get back to sleep.

This morning I've been on the phone to her other brother, her two really old friends, the care home and the funeral director.

We've got flurries of snow here this morning but nothing major.

I think I'm going to have a lazy day.

sorry to hear thes sad news GF. Chin up chuck the summer will soon be here and you can get out and about - that always helps. Even when you expect it you still don't think its going to happen

It's a long time since I've been called "chuck" although I've just remembered that when I was very young one of my grandads used to call me his little chucky egg or his petite chou. I'd completely forgotten that......so thank you.

Morning, its -3 outside very pretty and sparkly though. I've only been as far as the gate for milk so wasn't out long.

Grory hop today then calling at the pharmacy on the way back after that I'm not to sure.
