Good morning all. A mixture of sunshine and cloud.
No where I need yo be today so I am taking myself off to the library,
Hopefully I will be in the garden this afternoon weather permitting.

Snoop, zi Hope you get some rain, the heat definitely drains your energy.

Nicos, I try to keep my ironing for a wet day so I dont feel I am missing out on the garden.

GF, my husband had a battle with his printer last week, same issuel

Ah am I still in time for a brew?
Cooler breeze but very warm in the sun.
Already tackled the office work, go me. Need to tackle the dumping ground of the kitchen. Is it just my OH who just plonks stuff anywhereand then leaves it forever, then complains its lost when it gets moved
Also need to bake the bread.
Not feeling like gardening but maybe a potter and a read or sew outside?
Hope everyone has a better day with deliveries, , ironing, rain, hedgehogs, libraries, inks, prescriptions, hayfever .

Good evening, has been a day of short heavy showers, haven't done very much other than take the dog for a couple of walks, my back is a bit sore, i have told OH its due to me hanging over the kitchen sink washing dishes, she reckons it's due to the work i was doing with a heavy hammer yesterday as she heard me hammering in fence stabs, as she couldn't see me, I asked, how could she know, apparently she observed me going out the back with the hammer😕 have a pleasant evening and try to pass on the smiles🙂🙂🙂

I didn't garden today , it was dull and quite windy and I also didn't get to relax/read/sew. Ended up cleaning all the kitchen and various rooms, windows, doors in and out.

Flo, how very exciting...have a wonderful shopping day.

The weather turned out quite nice...lots of threatening dark clouds but we had no rain
Spent a bit of time reorganizing the greenhouse due to lack of space.
Some of my tomato plants are tipping the roof so I needed to move them into a different space.

Rary, too much dish washing will give you back ache, take it easy.

Amazingly, even though I was prepared for a full battle, the printer gave in today without a fight. My ink arrived and I refilled it (first time in three years). It's a different system to my old ones, bottles not cartridges, but actually it was ever so easy. I then printed off a load of photos for an elderly friend. His carer had e-mailed them to me. I can't believe how good the quality is.

Flo, you're going to have to tell us how your special shopping trip goes.

Well, anyone watching the Olympic Opening ceremony will see the sort of weather we’re having at the moment
Having said that, it’s not actually raining just now.
More gardening if it stays like this - until the wood is delivered at least!
