You must have been hopping mad Lottie! It happens to us a lot - and we've got a dropped kerb and big wooden gates , but they still park across the drive!

Sorry you had yo put up with that kind of abuse.
No respect for anybody, or anything any more. 😥

Mornin n’alln’all
Pretty chill and gloomy here weather wise, but a few dry days ahead are forecast, so I’m hoping to get a bit of cutting back and weeding done tomorrow or Monday…but sitting down! Looking forward to doing a bit more gardening again
No plans for today apart from putting my charlottes in egg boxes.
I think I’ll take a gentle hobble around the garden and see if there are any daffodil flower buds worth taking. I’ve never seen them for sale in supermarkets here like there are in the uk, so I’m glad I planted loads of bulbs over the years.
Just realised …it’s February…wow, that seemed to suddenly happen Roll on Spring
Enjoy your day peeps. Hope you had a better night’s sleep lottie coughing wise x

Morning all.
Some people have a dreadful lack of consideration for others, LD. Hope you're OK this morning.
Rain today after an extremely cold night. Forecast high of 5 ºC. Just as well our firewood delivery arrived yesterday. Plenty under cover to see us right for a bit. It's better wood than I thought at first sight too. I burnt the pizza...
Seeing as the weather is so rubbish, I'll try and get ahead with some work. Make a paradise slice at long last too. That will please Mr Snoop. So long as his tastebuds are in good working order. He has another really bad cold. It's one after another this year.
Right, on with the show. Have a great day, everyone.

Good morning all.
An amazing night's sleep. I think I've caught up all in one night.
I'm not going far until I find out what time my deliveries are arriving, the consequences of my nocturnal shopping earlier in the week. Amazingly two totally different orders, from completely different suppliers are arriving with the same courier, on the same day.
It's grey, dismal and only 6°C here, so hardly weather to encourage me to go outside.
Keep calm Lottie. Thoughtless drivers are high on my list of pet hates too. I hope you feel better soon too.
Nicos, it's amazing how much gardening it's possible to do sitting down .... just be sure you can eventually get back up! (voice of experience).
February now, we're slowly shuffling towards Springtime.

Afternoon all.
Sorry to read about all your hassle, LD, people can be so agressive these days, especially when they know they are in the wrong. Getting a dropped kerb installed will be win win for you - no more bumping the car up and down the kerb, and nobody can legally park across it, plus, it is actually illegal to drive across the pavement if you don't have a dropped kerb. I know it's an expense, but well worth it in the long run.
If your house actually has a proper drive, and it was in place before you bought the property, you may be able to claim that the highways department should provide a dropped kerb for free. Just a thought, worth asking about maybe.Last edited by mothhawk; Today, 12:17 PM.Location - Leicestershire - Chisit-land

Good afternoon all. A little on the dull side but its dry and 8 degs.
Domestics and then looking forward to watching the rugby and the garlic football.
My daughter and son in law called earlier, they have just bought a motor home and were keen to show it off.
A lot of my early daffodils are in blossom.
Its St. Brigids day here today so it will be a bank holiday Monday.
Have a good day all.

And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.
