Help , please !

Hello ,
this one is for the Moderators out there . Help , please !
I’m trying to personalise my avatar by importing an image from the photo gallery on my I pad , the one I’m typing on now.
l go into My profile , then Edit avatar, select the photo gallery , then select photo. I crop it to size and Save. At this point nothing happens and it just sits there.
Am l doing something wrong ? .

Hi RH not sure if it works different on a iPad to a PC but just want to check after you've resized your photo are you saving the cropped image then uploading the new smaller image ?

Hi BIP , when l re size the image it gives me the option of Cancel or Save . Neither of these work when tapped on .
Everything works fine apart from those two !

RH do you either a phone or PC you could e-mail the photo to, then try uploading it from there.

If not I'll flag your post with Admin and hopefully they will have a solution.

Thanks for posting this thread, Rightyhoe. I deleted mine by mistake a few weeks ago and couldn't manage to attach another. Will try again later this week. And yes, a fine looking avatar indeed, Rightyhoe.
