I've just completed a dialect survey for Leeds University at https://dialectandheritage.org.uk/th...ialect-hunt-2/
The Dialect and Heritage Project is a National Lottery Heritage-funded initiative.
They apparently did one in the 60's and are repeating it to see how dialects have changed. You can also contribute your own dialect words that are not in the survey. I noticed some of my choices were dialect words, but a lot were the proper words for things. Quite interesting.
