I know I said I wouldn't give anything away again on here, as I got no postage costs back on something I gave away (which incidentially cost me £30 plus the postage I lost), still I have some things that may be of use to anyone who is crafty (as in someone who enjoys making things)
First picture is for the glass wick units for oil candles.
You can see in the picture the sort of thing you can use these for (no I'm not giving away the bottles). Basically you can use the units on any narrow necked bottle. I must add that you should only use the best quality lamp oil but it's not hard to buy at a couple of quid a litre. On the ones I use indoors here, I add a little of the scented oil you use in the T lite vapourisers and in the picture have added dried flowers etc.
I have made some for out on the deck that use citronella oil based lamp oil to keep the summer bugs at bay (you remember Summer, well if you're old enough)
The other pictures are of wooden flowers, fruit and sheep.
To get an idea of size, the limes are 72mm long (just over 2.75 inches in old money) and the sheep are 60mm (2,5")
Some people used the flowers and fruit for playing noughts & crosses (well pineapples & oranges), decorating pots, one lady bought a load to stick round her kitchen tiles (each to their own). I sold a load of sheep to one lady who used them on hand made cards (I love ewe etc)
Still I have loads of all these, so what I propose is that if any of these things are of use to you, PM me with what you want, I'll work out the postage and if it's OK for you, you send me the stamps (by recorded delivery, I don't need any hastle of someone saying they sent me stamps and I have sent anything back).
Anything I send will be going 1st Class Small Packet rate. I have some cardboard tubes that I can use for the oil candle units as these are made of glass and need to extra packing.
If you have anything out of this lot, it would be nice if you post some piccies of what you have done with them, I know there are some creative and inventive people out there.
