    Hi All,
Seeing my Granddaughter at Easter and every time they pay a visit I enjoy and I make the most of it, Oh and teaching her to head bang to Rock music...

Reading good books as always, listening to good Rock music, Easter eggs. The Wife's Cheesecake, Gardening now the weather has changed for the better just a mad rush now to get things done especially since I decided to take up indoor high diving on the stair well......

That and you lot on here take it easy.....

    Geoff.

Happy to see how some trees are coming into leaf.
It was lovely yesterday driving past the vibrant green new leaves glowing in the sunshine.

                Hi All,
My upcoming X-ray on the 11/05, will be even happier if they can find out what I have done to my knee since my indoor high dive attempt then I can get on with a remedy. At the moment just hobbling about the place, the garden is getting like a jungle, the dog is going stir crazy and fatter...

I am reading Henry Coopers Biography at the moment and he tore his knee cartilage, he was out for a few weeks having had an operation that was it, after a couple of weeks rest he was back training. So hopefully I will be in a similar position (Not the training), just shows you though some sports you decide to take up are none starters.....

My Granddaughter progressing from just about to crawl to a full fledged F1 carpet crawler, then not being satisfied with that wants to walk instead and this all before her 1sr B'day tomorrow

Not really a royalist per say but glad the coronation went well for everybody and hopefully King Charles will be as good a sovereign as his mother was. I did notice that Queen Camilla could not stop smiling though she was thrilled by the looks of things...

                Geoff.

On the way to check my bees, I saw four hares! Not all together, one lolloping down the lane in front of me, 2 more in a hay meadow, and another in another grass field. I'm always chuffed to see just one hare, so to see four really made my day.

                          MH - 4 hares?…wow - that’s really amazing.
Driving along a country lane earlier today and I spotted something small crossing the road. I thought maybe it was a mouse so I slowed right down so as not to risk injuring it. Glad I stopped because it turned out to be a massive Stag beetle! Not seen one of those for many a year!

I heard the hedgehog in the shrub yesterday evening so I put some beef cat food out there & the plate was empty this morning. I hope the hedgehog ate some & it wasn’t just eaten by our cat & other cats, our cat never eats a whole plateful tho so I think the hedgehog did have some

                              Hi All,
Doing my neighbour a favour with a heavy lift of his Cherry Tree plant, he told me that his late Girlfriend planted it a while back and they had only ever had one cherry off of it. I told him by the looks of it you'll have a first crop as there appeared to be plenty of cherry developing....

I watch this ex-police officer's Youtube channel:- David Polides regarding missing people/children primarily Canada / America but the world also if the cases intrigue him enough. He suggests to the audience help others out at the end of his videos usually.

I have to agree you feel good helping others no matter how small the favour, it put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.

The other subject matter he discusses may turn you off but in his channel you can easily skip these in his playlist segments. If you are interested below are links that will help you out, he also has a third Film out that is available to buy at various outlets.

Seeing oxeye daisies in the hedgerow, and fields and gardens…everywhere! Looks like it’s going to be a good year for them!

Spotted my first wild Flanders poppies the other day too. Always uplifting (but sad too with the memory that goes with them)
