      Hi All,
The Daughters video of our Granddaughters first faltering couple of steps just a foretaste of the terror that is inbound for Nanny and Grandad. From the little darling we witnessed the Mach 1 Carpet monkey that she became after realising it was fun.........

Personally for myself actually walking near enough down the stairs ( Upright this time ) and eventually starting the garden a couple of months late but hey that's life also watching as Five jet fighters flying at very High altitude heading eastwards in close formation.....

      Geoff.

Going to shut all the curtains tightly to prevent the sun shining in at silly o' clock in the morning and spying a little hedgehog outside.

              Hi All,
Picking the Srawberries first output, they must be good because the Wood lice and Ants are having a wail of a time, just a shame I don't like fresh Strawberries though....

Following a hare down the middle of our little country lane - it’s amazing how fast they can run - I was travelling at about 30 mph and it wasn’t running at full pelt either!
Stunning animals. Probably the little rascal which is eating my strawberries!

Picking my first couple of tomatoes.

And when your back stops aching,
And your hands begin to harden.
You will find yourself a partner,
In the glory of the garden.

OH has a friend staying and they invited another local friend/guy over for pizzas last night.
I had an early night last night and listened to them all singing along to some ‘golden oldies’
It was lovely hearing them giggling and singing - totally carefree.

                              Hi All,
Knowing that I finally gotten around to changing my speaker wire for some really decent music output while on the PC,

Having fitted in the new land line BT Everyday cordless that and we now have a third handset so no more running into the bedroom to answer if on the PC and I can finally dump the old cordless phones that were starting to break down especially with one handset already US.

The garden finally looking a bit better after my very, very late start after my fall now for the real work:- Relaying the path (Basically adding an extra row of bricks to make it wider for green bin access,

Improving the soil in both front and back gardens with all the manure/compost and shredded wood chip that I did last autumn mixed with old compost that has been cooking inside a plastic dustbin. mmmm!!! lovely.

Buying old scaffolding boards to act as gravel boards around the fence line after years of putting off including creocoteing them all and the fence itself while I am at it.

Then the planting out begins no more trying to keep everything alive in pots by constant repotting I am sure the plants will benefit immensely.

Then the really big job I have put off and installing cupboards and storage for the Garage only ten years late or so as big boss said any drilling holes would affect the guarantee, Oh! Happy Days....

                              Geoff.
