SMP, you're lucky he stayed around to wait, I saw a news clip where posties are complaining about being expected to walk too fast (can't remember the figures), and some aren't ringing doorbells, just putting through cards that you weren't in All to do with productivity and all that. Royal Mail denied the 'charge', but the posties union said they had complaints from all over the country, so???

my postie told me the same thing, luckily if i am out i usually meet him on the way ( he is always around the same time) so if he has something i have to sign for, i sign then he delivers when he gets there bless him, we have a 'sekrit hidey place' too, tis also a begger when he has time off.

Yay, good news! I've managed to get all the bits & bobs wrapped up, and the box filled & sealed Just got to address it tomorrow & OH will have to the post office Monday morning First class, it should be there by the end of the week, right?

Finally found almost what I had been looking for and got my secret santa prezzie off in the post today. Madmax did the address and nearly put the postcode and house number on (automatic response)

Just as well we didn't have to buy the present, wrap it and post it all for under the budget!!!!

ii received mine ages ago, just incase the person who has sent it was wondering. i'm not saying when i sent mine cause that might give a clue as to who sent it! i really struggled to find something though i must admit. i've been working a lot of hours so didn't get the oppertunity to go and do some serious looking. just hope it's ok for the person who gets it.
