    Oh, I missed this RIP a very great man...
    I've got a Noggin the Nog video all my kids watched when they were little, and a compilation vid of Bagpuss, The CLangers, Chorlton & the Wheelies etc. Absolute genius, he leaves a fantastic legacy though.

          Noggin, yes. They kept forgetting Noggin on the readio this morning, and each time the bloke said Clangers, Bagpuss, Ivor the Engine, the girl chipped in 'and Noggin the Nog'.

            I used to love the noise of Ivor the Engine setting off - it's my only impression!!
            Life is too short for drama & petty things!

                        My secret fave is Noggin. I love the Saga quality (NOT THE PENSIONERS!) - the Norse Edda thing. It is SO well done.

                        And of course the Clangers.
