...The govt is sending such a mixed message here. They claim they want to reduce the number of kids smoking but they have decided they will continue to sell packs of 10 so that adults can cut down. This is madness, many kids buy packs of 10 cos they are cheaper

If you have an addiction cutting down does not work. Most experts in this field would go with total abstinence. Just dont get me started on those "experts" who think it is possible to control an active addictiion .
If cutting down doesnt work then remove packets of 10 which are within pocket money range.
Mind you kids at my sons school are on a right little earner selling single fags for a quid!
