Ok well I aint broken anything but I got the most awful pain in me hip like so I am gonna bum on the sofa with Sarah and possibly HW if he still be there with his bad back!

Put your feet up and try to relax. Nagging pain can be a real drain. I was plugged into the TENS machine again yesterday but the bl***y thing has gone on the blink. Ibuprofen to the rescue.It is the doom of man, that they forget.Comment

I managed a whole day in the office yesterday, and I'm here again today. Feeling better than I have in weeks - and I haven't had anything done yet. MRI tomorrow - it's amazing how much you can "feel" better with positive thoughts. Well, I can't explain it any other way - I haven't done anything different apart from Centre Parcs at the weekend.

Move over - Mr Flum was sofa-bound yesterday. Heavy cold and he sneezed so much he couldn't really try driving to work. Lemsips and sympathy and he's gone back to day.Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.
