LOve em, seriously addicted to them.

used to play WoW till it got expensive, still play perfect world and runescape.
I enjoy settlers and civs type games cos i like to get the economy working JUST right , its more of a challenge that excites me than anything else, I get bored easily with games where you constantly have to kill things to advance, dont play shootem ups at all although the boys do on the Xbox.
I prefer real time strategy games but to many of them involve wars

Tomb raider still rocks my boat, and spyro, ratchett and clank, jak and daxter are all time faves of the whole family.

I did enjoy sid meyers 'Pirates' for a long time, still occasionally install it and run through it.
Much happier playing the cleopatra series........... might have to install that again later.

    PC games? what are they

The boys have got PS2's, but they tend to mostly be out when the weather is good, so I don't think they get played that much.
Lauren got a DS for her birthday (a few of us clubbed together as its not cheap) but doesn't play it that much really, I love it, and want to get my own!!
I've got CD-Rom CSI games which I play obsessively now and again.

over the years i have to admit i have had all of them, although, we did sell most on as we upgraded, we still play ps1 games on the ps2, have an xbox and an xbox360, 2 DS , and a game cube ( can't beat zelda on there), i do try to encourage the boys to play mostly on the PC cos the games are cheaper, but they got into Halo and COD and i had to give in about the 360 cos they aren't bringing them out for the PC for a year or so after release if at all ( they saved up their own pocket money though and i went halvies for last xmas)

Mr OWG has an x-box 360 and plays a lot of driving games on it (he has a wheel and pedals to play on, rather than a controller); he also plays lots of shooty games as well

I have a PS2 and nearly every SingStar ever made, though it's not really a 'game', is it!?!

I also have Zoo Tycoon on the PC, but haven't played for ages.

What with the 2 dogs, 3 rabbits, 4 chickens and 6 ducks and the allotment, I haven't really got time!!

there are puzzles online (words etc) I might fancy the Wii exercise thing (don't they do a virtual surfboard, where you really do try to keep your balance on the thing like a driving simulator, only more complicated?)
Then there's the silly one, the turkey shoot..... Odd 5 mins of totally stupid fun<g>

we have a PS2 with the Buzz games, a Wii and balance board with Wii Fit and SW Snowboarding, and of course Guitar Hero 3 . And in my own little hidey hole an Xbox 360 for my nights with another woman (Lara) or Gears Of War.

I still do have Age Of Empires loaded on the Laptop, but not enough hours in the day

We love our Wii - it gets quite competitive and slightly dangerous here! We have a game for it called Lynx Crossbow Trainer - which is excellent.

Can't stand them, wouldn't have them in the house and really can't see the point. We do know a recently married couple though who had a PS3 on their wedding list. It seems that a lot of young people these days think a games console is as necessary as a washing machine.......I just don't get it at all.
Into each life some rain must fall........but this is getting ridiculous.

Having stayed up til 4AM this morning playing Gears of War 2 co-op on Hardcore on the XBox360 with a friend I guess I have to admit to being slightly addicted. Guilty as charged m'lud. Hexic is also addictive, as is Portal.
