Hey

I wanted to come on here and share a bit of news with you all. After waiting(think it's 7years) for an allotment I went and viewed a plot today and have decided to take it on.
I am so excited! Needs a lot of work doing on it - mainly weeding but it's already got raised beds on the plot a shed and a greenhouse that is missing a few windows.

Of course I will post pictures. Can't start on it yet as I only had surgery on Thursday(Septoplasty) so not allowed to do anything for a week.
Soon as I am down there I will take pictures

I am itching now to go down and make a start. I have waited so long.

I think there might be a little pond on there as I spotted a pond plant but wont know until I start clearing.

Woohoo Carrie! Congratulations on your new allotment, and also, I must say, on your patience for waiting seven years for it. You'll soon have it all sorted and ready to go.

Since saying I will have the plot on Monday, the guy has ignored my emails apart from telling me that I am now on a 3 month trial for the plot.
I have been asking for the keys to get onto the allotment site since Monday. He has ignored 2/3 emails I have sent him asking. So today I sent him a email telling him that this 3 months trial will not start until I get the keys to the site as it is unfair due to not being able to get on. How am I meant to maintain the plot and sort it out if I can not get on.
His reply back to that is I will sort you a key out and get back in touch with you.


Sorry for the rant. Its just annoyed me.
