[Snoop Puss]

"Can I be a judge today, Mrs Go-4it? Can I be a judge today, please?", wheedled Snoop, bouncing up and down, the only exercise she'd be doing today thank you. In fact, she wouldn't even be watching the exercise sessions. Having seen Fireman Sam in his lycra, she knew watching him puff and pant would be enough to put her off at least two festive specials she could think of (unspecified for decorum's sake and what with her being a mod and having to set a good example and all) for life.

Miz Spelling announces that the chaimbermaid has had to go on sick leave,due to one of the guest's leaving their room in a bad state,she fell over the junk on the floor, and now has a broken nose,so just for today i will be taking on the work myself,a repacement is coming in tommorrow,thank you for your understanding

"Everyone's a judge today", said Mrs Go-4it. "The mince pies will be brought into the bar. We'll all try them and between us we'll rate them."

She disappeared into the kitchen to go and organise lunch.

[Snoop Puss]

"Finally", thought Snoop. "I'll get a mince pie, at last. Just as well I only had a tea for breakfast, make sure I've got room for one, perhaps two if I'm lucky."

Perhaps she should visit the GR's library and see if she could find a good book to keep herself occupied till lunch. The stairs creaked underfoot as she made her way up to where she thought the library might be. As she pushed open a heavy door that looked promising, out rushed...

…. Jay22 dressed as Elsa from Frozen.
Looking very red in the face she explained that the she’d managed to get her rather stunning long, sparkly skirt tangled up in the barre and ended up upside down with legs akimbo. Not something she was particularly proud of as she was still wearing her Bridget Jones granny pants
Totally humiliated she’d rushed to the one room which was void of people…

“Come on” said Snoop, gently dabbing her cheeks
“ Let’s go and see if there are any mince pies ready in the kitchen!…a couple of those and a tot of Flo’s favourite brandy should make you feel so much better. And anyway, I’m guessing people won’t have noticed as you were standing at the back and all eyes would have been on the instructor”

Heading to the kitchen they passed by the Christmas Fairy….and yes!…she really did wink…….

Miz Spelling came dashing in to see how the bake was doing,but they not quite finished,look like they almost ready to come out the ocen,as everyone is ready with the icing sugar to dust the tops,she goes to post the events for tommorow,pleased that things are going very well all tolled,and guests are having a good time,what we need she thought is Rary,he would make a great santa for later on'

make a festive decoration with Nicos,time 10am,
afternoon the bake off to be confirmed as to what
the evening will be a line dance class,Bramble will be there to help you with your steps,BUT if you have dodgy body parts,please do not take part,as it make our insurance void,also no stileto's as none of us want holes in our feel for the big day start 7 30 pm,note this is for one hour only,the rest of the evening is your own,again,she turns and looks at the fairy with a wry grin,

The plates of mince pies made by the contestants were cool. They were ceremoniously carried into the lounge to be judged, critiqued and eaten.

Snoop was at the front of the queue, unsurprisingly. She couldn't wait. She sneaked one off a plate and attempted to take a large bite.

"Aaarrrrgggghhhh!!!! She put the mince pie down and held her mouth. "These must be made of rock."

Mrs Go-4it came to investigate. "Actually I think it's concrete or something similar. Feel them, they're all the same".

It was true. Every mince pie was tooth breakingly hard. Somebody had obviously sabotaged the communal flour. Mr Bourbon and Mrs Bell would have been the obvious suspects, but their pies were also affected, and Mrs Bell was in tears.

Send for the police, insisted Mrs Bell........

[Snoop Puss]

"Send for the dentist", cried Snoop. "Sorry to be selfish but I've just paid for three bridges and other dental work and it's all ruined. Plus I'll never get a mince pie at this rate."

Miz spelling took them both to one side and asked are they well,and would they like a DR to attend,as they must be seeing things,as it was the christmas light reflecting on the gold dress of the fairy,and she herself had thought the same,she sniffs the air taps her nose as she excused herself to return to her duties,muttering to herself,nosy folk..

miz Spelling has just annouce an alteration to tommorrow mornings event with Nicos,seeing as she cannot make it,as she still has the vapors after so much contact with that lushious fireman,therefore ,it has been swapped with fridays event,the same time,so it will be a pool table competion event,and Nicos class will be on Frday,hope this has not inconveinienced anyone

Flo suggested that Snoop had an unfair advantage in a pool competition as she owned three bridges and should therefore be handicapped.

Suddenly…out of apparently no-where …was a bright flash of light and a glittering of urrrmmmm glitter…. And an intense scent of mince pies had filled the room…..
Everyone’s teeth were suddenly sparkly and fixed and the mince pies had become edible!

Sat at the top of the tree was the grinning fairy- winking away at Snoop, mince pie in hand ( the fairy, not Snoop!)

Well I never said Snoop….
