Her eyes boggled at some of the creations that were appearing in front of her. Were they really kippers?

Well…we all know Captain Morgan is a rather rum character() but I think I spotted them…

"What even is a dried kipper?" Snoop wondered. "And how did I end up with these?" She looked over at the tree in the other room and gasped. The fairy was rearranging all the baubles.

But before she could say anything, mayhem broke out as Flo's felted balls launched themselves at Snoop's wreath.

Miz Spelling ,who had just popped into the room said,Morgan and Smirnoff are perhaps still in their ohhum,roomthe one the snook into ,she said i am pleased to see all are enjoying being crafty,humhum,she wonders what else is up their sleeves,

Yole logs Mrs Go-4it sounds good fun,i hope the kitcken stays better than mine ,and there is only me,so with that pair,with that she reached in her pocket for the smelling salts

And where was Rand? Had he managed to get out of the wreath-making or was something up? She was utterly cack-handed and even she was having a go.

"Miss! Miss!", she started shouting, before remembering she was no longer at primary school even though she often behaved like she was six years old. "Nicos, where's Rand's wreath? He's not here. I hope he's OK."

Yes, Flo's felted balls were actually little ginger kittens that Flo had sneaked in. They couldn't leave the kippers alone and were dragging the offending wreath around the room.

Deciding that discretion was the better part of valour Mrs Go-4it crept away.

.....Captain Morgan was halfway up an oak tree in the garden, telescope to his eye, waving a Jolly Roger flag. Miss Smirnoff was attempting to dance a hornpipe underneath.....

Rand was actually already hanging his wreath….it was massive and covered in clementines and glitter and looked stunning!

People hadn’t noticed there was glitter and spray on the craft tables and were most impressed with his creation.
They started to hurry up with their finishing touches as they could smell drooling scents coming from the kitchen…Mrs Go-4it was preparing a chestnut soup and a selection of homemade breads for lunch…and everyone’s tummy had started to rumble.

Who was going to judge the wreaths?….it was such a close call in all honesty. Maybe they all should be winners?

Hanging up the wreaths in the hallway everyone stood back and admired their handiwork.

But…talk about a mess in the craft room
People hadn’t noticed but they were all wandering into the dining room with glittery noses, hair, shoes….you name it….

But they soon came running when they heard the dinner gong ….

Miz Spelling is feeling very pleased that everyone is having a great day,she looked at the wreathes all lined up and thought,how great they looked,and most of the group had listened to the advice given from Nicos,she said how nice it would be for them to adorn the wall until new year,it really does look christmasy in here,and thanked Nicos for her hard work,she was pleased the stink of kippers had been delt with by Mrs Go-4it and team,after all,that would not go well with the bake of group,
Having heard the lunch gong Miz Spelling decided to have her meal in the office,just in case there was any lingering stink from them kippers,she also had other business that needed her attention

after lunch Miz Spelling went for her usual walk around,the Bake off in the kitchen was nearly complete,they were all waiting for the judges to come in,and ,well Judge,the creations looked just fabulous darlings,

Nicos was particularly keen on observing how to roll the sponge without it cracking.
She was standing on tiptoes peeping through the window…

As the contestants were bringing their creations forward to be judged Captain Morgan unwisely decided to fondle Miss Smirmoff. Miss Smirmoff jumped and her Yule log flew up in the air. Madame Courvoisier laughed and made some comment about it looking as if it gone through the wood chipper. Miss Smirmoff didn't take kindly to the humour and knocked Madame Courvoisier's creation to the floor. It skidded across the floor. Suddenly there was a full scale food fight in progress.

Miz Spelling appeared, attracted by the shrieks and yells. She stood in the doorway, incandescent with rage ......

It was Friday evening…all her cleaning staff had been very kindly given the weekend off for Xmas shopping and visiting relatives.
What with the mess which Nicos had cleared up, and now the mess in here….

OH my goodness Said Miz Spelling,THIS is the last thing i need,i have some very loyal staff that will come back in for double the money,now PLEASE behave yourselves,as will be otherwise engaged in the office for a short while,but will be back to indroduce the supprize GUests for this evening,i expect you all to be respectfull whilst you are waiting,there will be a free drink at the for those who comply,see you later,taps nose and leaves the room
