I get coleslaws really badly and I find surgical spirit dabbed on every hour or so will dry them out really quick, but be prepared for someone to peel you off the ceiling.
Once it goes dry, keep applying Bepanthen (baby cream) or better still, Vitamin E oil or the Wilko's version of Rescue Oil, to heal the skin. This is the fastest, although not the most medically acceptable way, to get rid of one, that I know of.
The Rescue Oil (not the expensive Bio version) is the best stuff I've found. If you can't get any, pm me your addy and I will send you some - so at least you can snog your way through New Year
Pooor you!

Zovirax! Zovirax! Ruuuun to the chemist now Lynda and yell Zovirax at them as you crash through the door. 'Tis miracle stuff for coleslaws. If you catch them at an early stage, even better. It'll be gone by Chrimbo Eve, honest!
I used to get them when I was doing lots of ballet - if your body gets a bit run down. You know why you've got them, don't you? It's all the stress of organising this lot into secret-santa-ing each other. It's our fault!
I'll say it again, Zovirax.I don't roll on Shabbos
