Windy!!

Its a little bit windy here in the FI today....the weather forecast reckons 54km but we think its wrong, because its pushing my big Toyota Surf up on its shockers!! So probably more like 70km.

I just looked out at my veggie patch and i am worried If there is much left at the end of the day i will be completely shocked.

Oooh that must be worrying. You see things like that on the TV News, but it's always somewhere else. I've got a big motor, and if that started moving like that I'd be panicking

I guess you're used to it there?

Ohhh its getting worse, think i might have to hide under a quilt.....just went to the back door again and the fence is moving like it shouldnt, radishes are beaten to a pulp and i didnt dare look round the corner

Yeah we do get some wild winds, and its mid summer here!

Well the wind finally eased off. Lost last remaining runner beans, two pea plants look a bit sorry for themselves and the spuds just look peeved!!

I didnt plant any lavender because i didnt have the nerve to go outside and get some compost!!! I will be busy tomorrow so probably be xmas day at this rate

It was a wild couple of days, its still not great the wind is just resting whilst it gets its breath back!!
