Anyone had their binder yet? I've not had mine through yet, and it's been a month now - should I be phoning GYO to chase?

The one in the original post (subscriptions@aceville.co.uk), Shirley - in fact, I forwarded my original request with a 'have you sent this out yet?' so that they could see I'd asked nicely in the first place according to the offer.
