well i've dun dead well today, so far i have only had 3 and i'm not even giving up lol ...... but thats cos i woke up at 10 let the dog and cats out, had a fag, then fell back asleep till 4.30 .

When my dad gave up almost 10 years ago (after heart attack) he switched fags for fishermans friends as he says they are the only taste strong enough to give him a hit. He still has about 3 packets of them a week! I can't smell them anywhere without thinking of him.

Hey all i'm feeling pretty good today considering i had a naff nights sleep but hey ho still no fags, well done to everyone keep up the good work specially Mo as i want me slap up lunch and Glutton i'm on the wagon aswell thought i'd do the 2 together, only day 2 but its looking good x

BTW I love the idea of licquorice, but I can't stop eating it once I start, then it stains my tongue and turns my teeth yellow, then gives me the sh*ts

That would help with the weight-loss though!

Yes I know I could get some eggs for that, but there's still further to go before I can say that I won't be chucking eggs at the wall! AND I need to buy one of those play pen travel cot things too. Besides, I said it would be end of January beginning of February didn't I. AND I still haven't decided on what breed to get, or just get a mixed lot and hope for the best. AND if you don't stop nagging me about it I'll glue your bottom to the norty step and glue your baccy to the ceiling so you can't get it

i think you'd be justified using that in court as a defence ...... if i was a judge, i'd let you off
