I've done some toms, chillis, and peppers only couple of each going to put it in the other thread. Thanks for the invite, but back at college tomorrow which is going to be fun!!!! but we will catch up very soon x

I bought one of those inhalator thingies but it tasted so gross I gave up quicker!
At least now the NHS gives you help to quit/

Haven't got around to posting on here yet, but been following it, and felt I must post tonight to say a big well done to all of you, you're doing so well. I hope you are proud of yourselves, 'cos you should be!

i am going to try to go to bed in a minute, but last night i woke up at 3:43am ( what IS it about 3:43am??) and couldn't get back to sleep at all.
I'm not tired but if i am up in bed reading i don't want a ciggie.
I may just stay in bed for two weeks

Wow, yes, DAY 6. I won't say it's easy or getting easier yet but I've still got fingernails, the cat hasn't been kicked, the chooks haven't been chucked and I haven't smashed any crockery. I'm trying to stay away from shops though, I think temptation might be just around the corner Now if I was able to "do stuff" outside, then that'd make the time go a bit quicker wouldn't it but I can't get myself motivated much today
