I used my voucher on Saturday, everything was ok and received confirmation email. Maybe just a glitch.

yes i got a confirmation email saying that they had received my order and that it was ok and being processed and they have also taken the money from my bank has i spent more than the voucher but then sent me the email yesterday saying that everything on my order is out of stock.....but i looked yesterday and today and everything i ordered in still in stock

not been on for a few days has i've had a bad ear infection

but can you believe it i recieved my seeds on tuesday morning tried to ring them up on monday and kept getting an engaged tone all of the time....but when the postman arrived on tuesday with them i was shocked!!!!

Very odd, though, the Out Of Stock email Must have been a major computer glitch!

Sounds like a computer (or more likely, computer operator's) error. I've used T&M for years and don't ever remember anything being out of stock, even with a late order. I too have a voucher to spend.......and then some, so I hope it's not true. Other excellent seed companies I've used over the years are; Kings, Simply Vegetables and the Organic Gardening Catalogue, all of which have given great service. I couldn't get a catalogue out of Dobies in the Autumn, no matter how hard I tried and I've ordered from them for years - I prefer a paper catalogue even when I then order on line, you just can't curl up by the fire in your jim-jams with a glass of wine and a computer, so I'm afraid they're out this year. I also frequently buy Sutton's seeds from the local GC and can honestly say I've never had a problem with seed quality from any of them.

Glad you got your seeds Lavender. Must have been some kind of a glitch in the system. I got mine too. Just playing with them and waiting for warmer weather.

For those grapes who may not have T&M vouchers and perhaps are undecided where to place their order I can say I ordered some seeds from Seeds of Italy last year and the packs were very reasonably priced but more importantly there were such a big ammount of seeds in them all. I was more than pleased with their service, price and fast delivery.
