    [QUOTE=SarzWix;340763

There wasn't a lid on it, the packets were properly overflowing! I hope nobody fancied lifting a load of seeds [/QUOTE]

There was a young woman from Leeds
Who swallowed a packet of seeds
    In a matter of hours
    She was covered in flowers
And couldn't sit down for the weeds.

The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

I have a piece of crystal on a chain, but a needle on cotton will do, stick a bit of bluetack on it to make it heavier, its not what you use, its how you use it

Right! There might be a clue there. When Lynda and I came to see you, I saw you put the seeds in or near your box and you also had a stack of envelopes from all the get well cards. and the little plant-pot origami thingy that you put on your windowsill. Have you looked behind the curtain? Did the envelopes get put into a recycling box? (hopes it hasn't been emptied!) Have you looked in the recycling? Are your get-well cards still on the windowsill? Is it behind them? (trying really hard to "get a feeling" but I'm no good at this psychic stuff!)

Hope you find them soon love xxx

Thanks Auntie Mo But Jez has 'confessed' to moving them when he put the dec's up, and was convinced he'd put them in the porch. Now that they aren't in there, he has no idea
We've checked the empty decorations box, not there. If they went in the bin by accident, I've had it, coz it's been emptied twice since then . Just praying he did something dumb with them, like put them in the scarf & glove drawer by mistake or something...

If when you find them, they're accompanied by four giant Toblerones....they're mine!!!Not seen them since a bit before I went to wrap them on Christmas Eve,& we're not talking the ickle ones!My positive thoughts are....if I'd found them before Christmas then they'd have been given away, but now when I find them....Fat me!!!
Good Luck in finding your seeds.x

Ooooh, I'd almost swap lost seeds for lost chocolate

Pub? Don't tell me I've got to have another building searched for them

                          Personally!

Make a list and put it on seed swap. I bet we can get most of your seeds replaced? Course you'll have to swap IOU's!

No He just said he'd put them in the porch... I was upstairs in bed when he did all the moving of stuff, came down to a fait accompli.

SBP, I know you lovely peeps could and would do that, and if they don't turn up, I'll ask, promise. But, I had (have!) a whole load of saved seeds which I was going to split up & offer in there too...

Have you got a shed or some such he might have put it in? A biscuit tin is quite a big thing to 'store' where else in the house does he normally put stuff 'away'?

The garage would have been the other option, but he's supposedly looked in there too.... Trouble is, it's his type of looking, which may not be as thorough as mine. But I can't move stuff to look properly either, whilst balancing on one leg Blind leading the blind really!
