I discovered epilators at the grand old age of 50. I'd always avoided them as I thought they'd hurt, but after plucking and waxing my chin I reckoned I could cope. It's great, takes no time at all, has a buffer to get rid of dead skin and OH doesn't swear when he discovers I've used his razor!
That's legs, now pits are different! As I can't see properly under my arms any more (the failing eyesight) I do those with a razor in front of a mirror, then I know I'm clear. And I have my own supply of razors for that!Mad Old Bat With Attitude.
I tried jogging, but I couldn't keep the ice in my glass.

I confess, I never used to bother with the legs in the winter - extra insulation and all that. But now I go to the Chiro every month, I keep on top of it more

I once put Immac on my top lip (stop me if I've told you before), but it was the super-strong Immac, and I got blisters instead of a moustache ... not a good lookAll gardeners know better than other gardeners." -- Chinese Proverb.

a male friend of mine is a TV (no not a telly) and he decided it would be a good idea to immac from the neck down .......... sooooooo ....... apparently using it on a boys tender bits especially underneath leads to the skin falling off, and lots of bleedingLast edited by lynda66; 10-01-2009, 10:44 PM.
