Sorry pipscariad, the only mention of one in Wales that I can find is the one in Mold It's a bit far for you to drive isn't it? Half a day to get there, half an hour to look round, half a day to get home again...

OK, time to show my ignorance
but being new to growing Veg, and having never grown a Spud in my life, I have to ask - what goes on at these 'Potato Days?'

Never been to one myself, but i think it's lots of tables with baskets of different spuds, which you can buy however many you want, and there's people you can ask about growing them etc. Sometimes there's other stuff for sale like onion sets, seeds etc. Sometimes there's a seed swap, kids activities, refreshments.
