          Thanks everyone. I'm sooo excited. Waiting for bloke to ring back to arrange to see it and take piccies! I've got a head filled with sheds, greenhouses, sigh...

          Can't tell Mr R though as he's in meetings and dinner in London and can't get hold of him yet! Going to get my lovely gardening books out tonight and start making lists.

          I can't stop smiling! "Plot 35..." *sighs dreamily again*
