Can't wait to get back to walking the dog though - it's good for my mental, as well as physical, health.
Those charts make me laugh - I don't even appear on half of them!

Ok, I'll join in too, but only once I've plucked up the courage to actually get on the scales.

Once we all get into full lottie growing time, we won't have time to sit and stuff choccies etc and you'll burn off your cals up the lottie.
As long as your colestoral is normal, your blood pressure isn't through the roof and you are mobile and you aren't grossly overweight don't sweat it.
Worrying constantly about your weight and not being happy with yourself is bad for your karma guys, embrace and celebrate you in all your bumpy, lumpy wonderfulness.
Far better to be happy and chilled but slightly on the more rounded spectrum than to be so worried about what you eat that you become neurotic and a tad anal.
I am sure non of you needs to worry in the slightest. Chill with a cuppa and a choccie biscuit. It is too cold to diet!

I'm not neurotic about my weight ... I just want to lose this 11 lb I've put on over Xmas. My jeans don't fit anymore and I am uncomfortable & sluggish.

It's nothing to do with how I look, it's about how I feel; and I don't feel healthy, I feel lumpen.

I'm joining in too. I am carrying a couple of extra stone, and as well as feeling better, fitter and happier in myself I have the added incentive of wanting to look and feel good on my wedding day.
12st is a nice weight for me, and I need to lose 2st to get there. My target is 25 July!
I've already reduced portion sizes and making sure I don't eat between meals. Trying to do some form of exercise daily.
