Hmm. I stayed the same too. A bit disappointed to be honest. Still, keep it up. No point in going back to the Sticky Stuff and spoiling the good work at this stage.

I'm not craving sweet stuff any more. Back on the porridge instead. No snacks. Cooked lunch & dinner (veggie wotnot, not too much). Using a cereal bowl instead of a plate is useful for keeping my portions under control.
I want a weigh-in, but it's too cold to bike to Boots today. Did 30 min bike ride to lotty instead to fix door (but forgot the nails, duh)All gardeners know better than other gardeners." -- Chinese Proverb.

Embarrased to post but think I should so you can all nag me rigid lol
Bought a bar of Green & Black's yesterday when I collected my Sister from the airport and finished it for breakfast this morning
Been catching up with said sister all day and nattering (as you do - haven't seen her for 13 months) and have fallen off the waggon, so any thoughts of weight-loss are on hold until she goes back on Tuesday!
Well done all you peeps with willpower, sorry I'm such a failure!

We ate out tonight - nachos & cheese for me, Fudge Brownie & ice cream for pud. It wasn't that nice so I had no trouble pushing most of it aside, and sticking to gin and tonic instead

Admire you loads, Zazen, your meals are perfect.
I lost nothing - added on a couple of pounds.
Willpower lacking - love food and the odd glass of red. I know all I need to do is eat less, move more. The answer is exercise - push myself away from the table a bit quicker. But most of the time, I'm still eating as much as ever; it doesn't seem much at the time, but then it is.
Any ideas, anyone?Last edited by maytreefrannie; 01-02-2009, 07:01 PM.My hopes are not always realized but I always hope (Ovid)

Barely 3 hours sleep Sat night (Little One was up & crying), so felt terrible all day Sunday. This usually leads to bingeing on comfort food. I don't keep any junk in the house now, so we have apples/yogurt/cereal instead.
I made Borlotti soup & bread (as you may have read on a different thread!) to fill us up, then Healthier Cauli Cheese for dinner (not too much fattening cheese: Dijon mustard & a pinch of chilli for flavour, plus boiled eggs to fill us up with good protein)
The cycling is really making me hungry in the mornings now ... which shows I am burning off my food instead of it settling on my hips. I prepare my porridge the night before, so I don't get up all bleary and have toast with lashings of butter instead. All gardeners know better than other gardeners." -- Chinese Proverb.

I don't drink, so I don't have the alcohol problem. I'm also off to New York in April, so I have a GOAL to achieve. And I write everything down. Dull dull dull but it's the only way for me.
But, back to the weetabix. No cheese toasties here. Going out for dinner Wednesday night, lets hope they've got some salad on the menu [not].Last edited by zazen999; 02-02-2009, 08:39 AM.
