Jackie, it sounds like your diet is spot on (unless you're fibbing about not eating chips, pizza and choccy bickies), so you just need to do aerobic exercise for 20+mins three times a week at least. xxLast edited by Two_Sheds; 11-02-2009, 07:06 PM.All gardeners know better than other gardeners." -- Chinese Proverb.

Yesterday I managed to stop the eating rot and did loads more exersise, got the trampoline out again.
Tody was weigh in and I'd put on half a pound. Not surprised ad last weeks clas swas cancelled due to snow, I did very little exersise cos of thw snow, ate like a demon for a few days when lost my handbag. Could have been worse!
I have now been told I am only 6 1/2 pounds from GOAL and easter is 7 weeks away so that is definitely do-able and i'm all fired up again.
Today, teacake after class as had no brekkie before.
Homemade turnip soups as yesterday (all gone now)
Tea will be twosheds bean burger in a bun with a handful of wedges.

Had to buy new skirt today as the one I always wear for weigh ins fell off. Well it is a size 18 and the one I bought today was size 10! No wonder it fell off.
Made me feel better that I have come a long way and only got a little bit left to go.

It has taken me almost 18 months to lose 3 stone. But sometimes I maintain for a couple of months instead of losing (like when we sold the house and then had builders in). I am hopeful that losing it so slowly and totally changing my lifestyle (chickens now and huge garden with the veggies etc) will keep it off.
I am going to get to goal which is set at the heaviest it can be for my height, then maintain for a bit and then decide if I want to go further.
I have yo-yo dieted for years and this time I am positive that I can do it and it won't go on again.
A pound a week is healthy to lose, I am always pleased even if it's just half!

Had no tea at all last night after the Hair-do Party lunch! It was a good 'un.
Had boiled egg, youghurt and fish so far today - no carbs.
Tea will be pasta with veg sauce. I'm finding it very hard not to be tempted to have a slice of bread with the new marmalade on though. Will probably give in! (At least I didn't have butter with my egg like Snadger is trying to tempt me to!)Whoever plants a garden believes in the future.

well done Janeyo!
Mr S had a breakthrough today. We missed lunch, and had to make do with bar snacks. He had Pork Scratchings (310 cals a small bag) but I didn't nag him. He worked out that was equivalent of an hour on the treadmill, so he ate half and threw the rest away. Good boyAll gardeners know better than other gardeners." -- Chinese Proverb.
