The red is pretty, but I think the secon done is a nice style. Get them both and see what one feels/looks nicest on.
Like Flum the only colour I wouldn't wear is white.
Thanks for all your help. Have ordered several and will have a massive try on when they all arrive. Have gone for a brown dress on another site as well as a black and white but if I cant pick something from those I can send them back and there are still some more options. I feel alot more hopeful now than I did when I started.
Tammy x x x x Fine and Dandy but busy as always
God made rainy days so gardeners could get the housework done
Stay at home Mum (and proud of it) to Bluebelle(8), Bashfull Bill(6) and twincesses Pea & Pod (2)!!!!
I like both the dresses Tammy but maybe the second one would blend in with the bridesmaids colour better. That's a lovely offer Stacey Steve, that first floral shawl would look great over a plain coloured dress.
Hiya! I loved both but especially the second dress. However, it does all depend on how they look on and most importantly how you feel in them!! You are doing the right thing by getting in a few to try! Good luck!
I like them both, but prefer the second one...no reason not to wear red to a wedding, I wore a red and white dress to the last one I was at in the summer, but if you are trying to blend in with bridesmaids then red is not the way to go. I agree also...NO brown! not if you are someone who likes colour.
I think the red dress is horrible (but what do I know?), the 2nd looks a nicer cut and colour, but what does it look like on you? I presume that the dresses are for the 'evening do' not the wedding itself?
To see a world in a grain of sand
And a heaven in a wild flower
I think the second one with a nice shrug/shawl/peshwari.
Wayne, I think you mean Pashmina, peshwari is some sort of Indian food (I think, Peshwari Naan bread comes to mind) Only being picky cuz I'm a female person
I like the second one best too
My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there

If I could wear a Peshwari as some form of evening wrap, I'd be very happy. I'd be warm, and I could nibble the edges if I got peckish.
