When I was pregnant with my son, my waters broke prematurely at 35 weeks on thurs 19th/12/02 (the night of the full moon) - I didn;t go into labour so was taken in to hospital to make sure all was well - according to the midwives there are more water's breaking prematurely on the night of a full moon than any other day of the month, demonstrating the moon's power & influence over the earth's waters - I questioned this with my step-sister who is also a midwife and she confirmed this! Kiran was born 3 an a bit days later!!
