*passes a chainsaw to Hayley to start hacking that darned elephant*
Hugs and know there's lotsa grapes who's thoughts are with you.
Must admit that I am also glad to see the back of last year, however like you this didn't bounce back but flopped. On the bright side at least I'm having the bad bit now instead of later in the year! (That's what I'm telling myself all the time)
It sometimes helps to look back and look at all the little things that you HAVE accomplished and all the little victories that you won. Helps to put things in perspective. Easier said than done I know but hey we're all only human.
I studied for nine years part time and gave up 2 subjects away from completion(due to one of those real sh*t time in my life). I regret it to this day. I cannot go back and finish as they have changed the way the credits work etc. So take a small breather to knock off a couple of lumps from that elephant to help boost yourself and keep reminding yourself why you started studing in the first place and try to recapture some of that passion you had in the beginning.
If life never had troughs, how can we ever truely appreciate the peaks and joys
