Eco Light bulb equivalence?

Tescos are selling eco bulbs very cheaply. I have installed them all over the house except the lounge as its pretty big and when they are on, it is very dull.

We have a problem with over voltage 252 volt's constant and old type bulb's 2 week's maximum .
Last year Tescos were selling eco bulb's for 1p each i bought 12 one week and twelve the next week and as the old bulb's popped i put eco bulb's in outside light's and all .
I now have 18 eco bulb's left over i do not think i will live long enough to use them all they are the best thing as far as i am concerned....jacob
