Thanks seahorse, Ill have a look. We're feeling a bit out of our depth here, and because we're not "already on their system" it seems that we have to make an appointment rather than apply over the phone, but its getting through to someone and getting that appointment that is proving difficult at the moment. Thanks so much for everyones advice though x
