That made me chuckle I hate 'Doreen' too...
I got mine from Mothercare - they are pregnancy support bras, go up to a J, and are the most comfy bras I've ever worn in my life. Best of all, they have no wires and are only £12
              Support bra : mothercare

But, you wouldn't be able to make a cloche out of them when they fall to bits

i hadnt thought of maternity bras i thought they popped open.

I surprised we havent had more sarcastic comments from the boys about this topic. It feels like a girls night out

In my experience, pretty means wires & discomfort I'm very happy with my cheapo, comfy Mothercare bras, and I can garden without wires sticking in my armpits etc And OH has a brushed cotton fetish () so he doesn't mind either.

The Mothercare support bras don't pop open - they are for beforehand. The nursing bras pop open/down, and aren't very good for gardening

Many of the Bravissimo styles are jolly comfy too - even some of the wired ones are really good - once you find a style and size that suits your shape.

The thing that annoys me is that for some reason bra makers seem to think if you have big boobs you want them to look like they are divorced - whereas for the smaller bust it is all shove them up and in and give a cleavage. I want my boobs shoved out and shown to best advantage and my cleavage to make people really envious - give me a wonderbra in a proper size!

Next time I go to the town where there is a Mothercare I will go see if they have a comfy boulder holder - cheers Sarz.
