see there are good things about being a nearly B cup, ..... theres no problem getting bras and if they are too big, i can just shove a chicken fillet in
i am a qualified bra specialist and a wired bra should never hurt if you are wearing the correct size!!
I've even converted ladies that have never worn a wired bra into wearing one.
I see woman every day that are not wearing the correct size bra. The magic size that everyone wears is a size 38dd they get to that size and stop!
I had a lady that came into the store where i work and she was wearing a 34c and when i had measured her she was actually a 46e and when she put the right bra on she said it was the best she had felt in years!!!!!
I'm terrible when i'm out and i see woman with 4 boobs instead of 2 and even my OH does it now....
you should be measured for a new bra everytime you have a change in your body which is normally every 3-6 months.
wearing the correct bra will give you a better shape and will definately make you feel better in yourself, wearing the wrong size can cause headaches and back pain
Because they are tight in the bag the wires don't get thrown out of the bra by the spin cycle. And keeps them in better condition, esp as the ones I have to buy cost an arm and a leg (and a boob lol). I think
always do up the clasp before you put your bra in the machine (otherwise the hooks snag on everything)
and as has been said, put them in a mesh bag thing too (stops them getting too battered in the spin cycle). A pillowcase would do (as a wash bag, not as a bra Sarah)
White top = skin coloured bra, then it won't show
White bras = always turn grey. Why don't they just sell grey?

Funnily enough, so am I I worked for a good few years in Rackhams lingerie dept in Skipton I know all about badly fitted bras - my younger sis is a major culprit, she insists she is no bigger than DD, but is almost certainly an F...
I don't wear wired bras because I don't like them, and I don't want to pay nigh on 30 quid for something I don't like! I'm quite happy to stick with my non-wired comfy ones, which are just about the right size
I usually go to R&P in the Biiig City, they cost a packet but are well worth it - you wouldn't like to work there tho Wayne cos they measure by sight only!! I have NO idea how they do that - but it always always works
