  • Feeling Sad

I bumped into some friends that I havent seen for ages and didnt know they had had a third baby girl. The baby is now over twelve months old and is need of a liver and bowel transplant she has spent most of her life in hospital and they are finding it very tough, he was made redundant last year, mum nearly died after the birth. Listening to them I could have cried yet they are so positive even though they know they could loose their baby girl, and if she gets through the operation the chances of her living beyond the age of five are slim. They do all of her care drugs etc. Her condition is quite rare and she was born in Bristol and they travel up and down to either Bristol or Birmingham
    Thanks for listening

It certainly makes you think just how lucky we all our with our healthy off-spring doesn't it. I don't know what else to say, it's just so sad and wonderful at the same time that the parents are so positive
My girls found their way into my heart and now they nest there
