    I like the raspberry leaf tea, but you can get it in tablets if she doesnt like it. or try mixing it with a bag of ordinary fruit tea.

          Ok, dudes in the shop said no contraindications for IBS but the tabs contain lactose so if milk sets her off then dont take them otherwise all ok.

                  Every time I went to get arnica it was always sold out!
                  T'was a midwife on the maternity ward that recommended the witch hazel soaked pads that I ended up using.

                    Witch hazel is brilliant for bruising but if the skin is broken yeouch!!!

                        BTW Wayne there are different potencies for homeopathic remedies.
                        I think you'll be needing 6C as labour is acute.(hopefully!!!!)
                        Anyone else?

                          Back to the clary sage thing. It is also a herbal wotsit for inducing labour (when you are quite ready).

                            I used Arnica 30 pills (£5 Holland & Barrett) prior to surgery, and had very little bruising at all (and I was a total sceptic)
                            Highly recommend them, even if it's the placebo effect

                              Yep - I only used it once I'd started labour. Baby girl was a week early anyway!

                                The point to homeopathic remedies is that ithe active ingredient is so dilute the risk of side effects is minimal (those who don't use it tend to claim that it therefore shouldn't work, I've got news for them, it does).
                                Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
