I like the raspberry leaf tea, but you can get it in tablets if she doesnt like it. or try mixing it with a bag of ordinary fruit tea.

Ok, dudes in the shop said no contraindications for IBS but the tabs contain lactose so if milk sets her off then dont take them otherwise all ok.Yo an' Bob

I used Arnica 30 pills (£5 Holland & Barrett) prior to surgery, and had very little bruising at all (and I was a total sceptic)
Highly recommend them, even if it's the placebo effect

The point to homeopathic remedies is that ithe active ingredient is so dilute the risk of side effects is minimal (those who don't use it tend to claim that it therefore shouldn't work, I've got news for them, it does).Flowers come in too many colours to see the world in black-and-white.
