    The tablets are better and they definitely work! Also, unless you hear from someone who says a definitive 'no' I would recommend arnica tablets for downstairs bruising and make sure you have the cream for Bean when she starts rolling off beds etc! Works wonders.

      As the others say, clary sage oil is great for inducing/strengthening contractions.
      But, as I said on the other thread make sure no-one around you, including your midwife, is expecting, before you use it. Because it is possible to cause a miscarriage to someone in the early stages!!
