some one has stolen my bin this morning ,complete with my dalek sticker with my address on it(yes sad i know but has been stolen before)
council have informed me £30.00 for a replacment,as its not a green one !
cant they just send me a green one and i'll paint it brown!
also had no gas all day till 7.30pm work in the road.
so a pretty crap day
hope the wheels fall off the bin when they least expect it

put an advert in your free newspaper............also contact your local mp and demand a new bin FOC, its not your fault so be penalised, poor bin, its somewhere all on its own, there are some mindless idiots around.
