                Oh Lynda, you have my sympathy. I suffer horribly (cycling 50 miles a week last summer certainly didn't help matters ... but I treated myself to a new saddle)


                Seriously, the Canesten would work but the nasty nurse wouldn't let me use it permanently.
                I had to cut out all fungal things (yeast, Marmite, bread, beer, mushrooms) and sugar. Salty baths helped the itch, as did diluted vinegar.

                    have an industrial sized tube now ........ ahhhhhhhhh bliss (ps the teabag wasn't great and it burst during the night, so my bed now needs hoovering) i think there maybe a knack to using teabags that i didn't quite get

                        tea tree oil is supposed to discourage headlice and heal cuts too, really should get some lol (although haven't had headlice since son was at primary school lol)
