Oh the joys of having to "use up" fruit...

I have another 6lbs of plums to make into jam...
Squashy bananas to make into banana-syrup cake
and about 10lb of cooking apples to make into miscellaneous pie/crumble/sauce to freeze

At this rate, we'll need to go on freecycle to get a new freezer!

All the stuff we're harvesting at the moment is leftovers from when we moved into the house. I havem't even started planting my veg yet!
