On the way home last night I had to take a 45 minute break just as I came off the M6 at Carlisle . I saw that he was online and sent him a pm to contact me . 5 mins later I had directions and soon after I pulled into his yard . After a quick tour of the potato sheds and realising that we actually know the same people I was away with a bag and a few seed potatoes for the school to grow.
It was good to meet another grape and to see round his business and if any of the rest of you are in the area I'd recomend the "tour"

We sometimes have an overnight stop in Longtown, which can't be so very far away! (compared to driving from Wiltshire to Tongue)
