I haven't as I am a scrabble-on-me-knees type of sower - but it looks like a good option if you have a large area to cover

bit like a seed spreader that I am selling on ebay, i prefer to sow by hand though

thanks for your replies, I normally sow by hand also but this year I have been the task of creating very long beds so I guess it would help.
